On stock, Crunch has a lot of forward, biddable, willing to learn and correct her work with consistency. Crunch has worked with a small variety of sheep, such as Cheviots, Barbs, Scotties, Suffolk, and small mixed wool sheep. I started her training under a great mentor, and Crunch was quite forgiving of my green handler errors as we both began to learn herding together.

In sports, Crunch was an honest dog who really loved the games. She proved herself to be a consistent, reliable dog. Knocked bars were a very rare sight for her, and she rarely missed a disc despite how terrible my throws were or how bad the wind was. Crunch is never over the top and doesn't struggle with over-arousal in a training or working environment. She keeps her focus and easily works through challenges and is a great problem solver.

While she loves to work and train, Crunch is a very easy dog to live with and is quick to find a spot to nap. She is never overbearing but doesn't mind the occasional cuddle.​

Crunch is now spayed and retired from breeding after giving us 2 litters with 6 wonderful puppies in total. Her first litter produced a singleton by c-section, and her last litter of 5 was a textbook whelp.​​
